Nails look amazing, could do a little more with the cuticles. But overall, he did amazing. Pretty sure I had Ken or Kay, either way they are both awesome !! Place is very clean and looks nice! Very welcoming. But on the other hand.. the Woman who works the desk and answers calls has an attitude problem. I’ve read prior reviews an had seen this has been an on going issue. Hopefully that can be worked on because this place is awesome.

Love love love! this nail salon they are always super friendly and hospitable very professional. Helen is normally my technician and it’s always 10 out of 10. Today I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, she did an immaculate job. My nails came out perfectly.

I went to O Nails today, and Allen was my nail technician. Not only did he do an amazing job fixing my nails from a previous bad experience at a different salon in town, but he also took his time and did EXACTLY what I wanted. He wasn’t rushed and was so patient with me. I couldn’t possibly express how happy I am with this experience! Will definitely be going there from now on! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the salon is SO clean! Highly recommended!!! Update 6/12/2023: Since I can’t post another review, I’ll just add to this by saying, I had the most amazing experience at this salon today when I got a relaxing deluxe pedi and dip on my nails!! Becky and Lindsay are amazing!! Thank you!! 10 stars ⭐️

Everyone who works there is so sweet and funny. I genuinely enjoy getting my nails done here and they’re always perfect! I came in 20 minutes late from work and they still took me with no attitude, just kindness. I will go no where else!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at O Nails. 1. The staff is very friendly and anyone I have had does a wonderful job. 2. It is SO CLEAN! This is a big one for me. I would highly recommend them. It is not a walk in nail salon, you need to make an appointment, but it's worth it.

Trying to decide between places? CHOOSE THIS ONE-you will not regret it!! Super friendly, CLEAN, personable, straight painted lines and no lumps or bubbles. I am seriously in awe how nice the paint is on my toes and hands- unlike any other owned salon I have visited. I live 40 minutes from the location but it’s worth the drive.

I’m really disappointed with this place. The first time I went I had horrible customer service. The worker that did my nails looked hungover and was on her phone texting most of the time. Didn’t say a word to me. The second time I came in for a gel manicure. I rarely get my nails done so this was a special treat for myself. The couple that did my nails were great! However the quality of the polish is terrible. This is day 2! Only two days of getting my nails done and they are completely chipped. It’s not even worth the 50 minute drive to ask to get them fixed.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SALON IN TOWN!!!! I got a full set of dip nails and I am so happy with them, I had tears in my eyes walking out of there! I am not originally from this area and it took me YEARS to find a good place back home. Once I moved I knew I'd have the same issue but finally the search is over!! O Nails is the literally the best and I will never go anywhere else! I've tried several places in this town and was ALWAYS super disappointed!! I even went as far as to start using press on/glue on nails because I had been let down so many times, I just gave up on salons! At O Nails they take appointments so there's no waiting around for an hour before your appt and that alone was AMAZING! 45 min and I was OUT OF THERE! and I think it only took that long because the dip set I had on previously was HORRIBLY THICK and needed extra filing :( The employees were SO friendly and welcoming too! they made sure everyone washed their hands as soon as they arrived which was nice! The only thing I am mad about is that I didnt try this place years ago!! This is for sure my go to spot from now on!
